So much work, I don't know where to start.
I am dropping my Japanese history course because I have too much on my plate. I'll need to pick up a non-US/European history course sometime down the road, which will most likely be this fall, which means Arabic gets put on hold. Oh the things I do to finish this program so I can get back to my man!
- I am looking at the rest of my semester's work that needs to be finished:
- lesson plan on civil rights for presentation in my american government course
- lesson plan on geography for my observation grade over at FHS
- lesson plans for my unit on genocide, clean up some, make others...
- comprehensive end of year american government final exam (writing it, not taking it)
- economics assignment #3 (jesus...)
- and four quizzes, only discussion board posting, and a final exam.
Where to start? I've been saying this for over an hour now, and am making myself try to forget about it by watching Susan Boyle sing one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite musicals.
I'm actually very much looking forward to this summer. I am taking two courses - one on Western Civilisation since 1750, and one on teaching world history in the secondary classroom. I'll need to take my Praxis II exam, and put together my electronic (and paper?) teaching porfolio. Annnnnnnnnnnnnd make my American government course for next semester - freshman level. ICK ICK ICK, and work full time. Do I ever get a break? I cannot wait for my trip this December to Sri Lanka with A because it's going to be nothing but relaxation!!!!!!!!!!!
